When you ring the number above, an AI voice agent answers. That is deliberate: it is the same kind of agent we build for agencies, so you can hear how it handles a call before you talk to us about your own.

What Yes AI is not

Yes AI is not a real estate agency. It holds no estate agent licence, does not manage properties, does not hold trust money and does not act for landlords, tenants, buyers or vendors. It does not give tenancy, strata or legal advice. The pages on this site summarise regulator guidance and link to the source so you can check it, but your agency remains responsible for how it applies the law and for every decision the tools carry out on its behalf.

What Yes AI builds for property teams

The tools on this site are built from the same parts: an AI voice agent that answers calls with an Australian voice, plus automation that reads and writes email, SMS and the systems your team already uses.

Outside property, Yes AI also builds custom and private language models and runs AI training for Australian businesses.

How an engagement runs

  1. First conversation. You tell us how calls and enquiries are handled now, how many offices and doors you manage, and which states you operate in.
  2. Scoping. We work out which calls and tasks the agent will take, which systems it needs to read from or write to, and what stays with your team.
  3. Written quote. You receive the plan, the setup scope and the timing in writing. Published plans start at $299 per month, and the full price list is on the Yes AI pricing page.
  4. Setup. We configure the agent, connect your phone system, write the call flows with you and load your rules, tradesperson list and spending limits.
  5. Testing. Your team rings scenario calls before any tenant hears the agent. Rules are adjusted until the outcomes match what your property managers would have done.
  6. Go live and review. The agent starts on the calls agreed in scoping. Call summaries are reviewed in the first weeks and rules tightened where needed.

Plans are month to month with 30 days notice to cancel, so an agency that decides the agent does not suit it is not locked in.

Rules our agents follow on property calls

Yes AI sets up every property management agent with these rules, whatever the plan, and your agency approves the detail before go-live:

  • The agent says it is an AI assistant. It does not pretend to be a person.
  • It answers only from information your agency supplies, and takes a message when it does not know.
  • It sends urgent jobs only to tradespeople on your approved list, and never authorises spending above a landlord’s limit.
  • It does not ask applicants about protected attributes and does not rank or reject applicants.
  • It only states sale price information that your agent has approved.
  • A person approves inspection runs, entry notices and landlord reports before they are sent.
  • Callers who are distressed, in danger or asking for a person are transferred or given a clear call-back time.

What to have ready for a first conversation

A first conversation is quicker with a few facts on hand. None of them needs to be polished.

  1. The states and territories where you manage properties, and roughly how many doors in each.
  2. Two weeks of inbound call records, if your phone system can export them.
  3. The name of your property management software and CRM, and whether your team works in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
  4. How after hours calls are handled today: an on-call mobile, a call centre, a voicemail box or nothing.
  5. Your current after hours tradesperson list and any standard spending limit in your management agreements.
  6. The calls and tasks your team most wants taken off its plate, described in your own words.

If one of these is missing, say so. Scoping fills the gaps, and nothing is configured until your head of property management has seen the rules in writing.
